About the event
Stress is on the increase, and developing awareness of its causes, symptoms together with preventative steps and remedial approaches is essential in living a balanced and purposeful life.
This workshop will include informative talk, essential insights and techniques to reduce stress and prevent its more harmful consequences.
We’ll be exploring key questions including:
- How does our human constitution handle stress?
- Why do the multiple pressures of living become stressful?
- What can be done to prevent and reduce stress in oneself?
- What are the essential skills and qualities needed?
The day will be facilitated by Nick Woodeson, a professional member of the International Stress Management association, and Virginia Ellis, an experienced psychotherapist and workshop facilitator.
Workshop fee on the day £25 or complimentary admission for those attending the ISMA summit
Their will be a lunch break from 12.30pm to 1.00pm, and please bring your own choice of food and berverage
