Living Balances
Progressing through change, reducing stress and maintaining wellbeing
What kind of events do we hold?
We hold events for specific groups and organisations as well as periodic events that are open to all.
All our events - whether online, in person or a combination of both - include clear information and insights, techniques and approaches to help manage both personal and work relate stresses, lively conversation, group and individual exercises and meditations.
Typically our introductory sessions explore crucial questions and topics including:
-
How to assess your own stress levels, and understand the difference between pressure, anxiety and stress.
-
How do our natural human systems handle stress and maintain balances - and how do we assist or inhibit this.
-
What are the personal qualities needed to cope with pressure and change?
-
What are the practices and techniques that prevent harmful consequences?
